Knowing how to effectively care for yourself and learning to react from the healthiest part of your personality is a basic and necessary life skill. What you respect and nurture, will grow.
WHERE DOES THE MATERIAL
YOU TEACH COME FROM?
It's a hybrid. Some comes from my experience working as a model, ensuring for both a fit body and a strong, positive mind. Some comes from my 6 months training with a certified Qi Gong teacher, Master Per van Spall. Some comes from the lessons I learned on my personal journey, caring for multiple sick family members. But most comes from my lifelong interest and twenty years of learning about wellbeing and personal growth - both the ancient wisdom and the modern science, through countless books, private training with teachers and online programs.

There is a part of me that loves well-honed, science-based techniques, a practical one, that tests everything and a spiritual seeker, that loves timeless wisdom.
So in my talks you'll learn tools as tactical as research-based journaling techniques, as practical as how to set boundaries and gracefully say no and as soulful as a thousand-year-old teaching about managing emotions.
I teach all of them because all three can enhance your wellbeing and help you grow as a person.
PRACTICAL WISDOM
I don't believe in just filling your head with information, we need to apply knowledge and integrate practices into our lives if we really want to reap any benefits. That's why I focus on the application of techniques and use a lot of practical tips, personal favorites and examples from my own life that I know will work because I tested them myself.

BUT I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR SELFCARE
We live in a noisy world and I know you are busy. It’s easy and understandable to feel overwhelmed by all the information coming your way. I get you.
That's why in most cases, by just listening to the talk, you'll have a new way of thinking about and approaching the challenges that may cross your path. If there are exercises, they don't take more then ten minutes. And if you want to go deeper, I'll make sure you'll get the information to go through it on your own pace.

Just remember that your wellbeing is the foundation and sets the tone for everything else in your life. It's not a luxury, it's the essence.
